Handle end-to-end GST compliance, including filing returns, reconciliations, and assessments.
Manage Income Tax matters, such as ITR filings, tax planning, and scrutiny assessments.
Draft replies, appeals, and representations for departmental notices and proceedings.
Attend hearings and interactions with tax authorities on behalf of clients.
Provide advisory support on taxation queries and ensure compliance with evolving tax laws.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills :
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification; candidates with substantial relevant experience in taxation will also be considered.
Proven hands-on experience in GST and Income Tax domains, including drafting and departmental interactions.
Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, rules, and recent amendments.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in tax software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a client-facing role.
