Job Title : Sr / Lead Developer- Java

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Hands-on Sr / Lead Developer in Java with 10 years of expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices Kafka Rest APIs Azure and good in front end technologies. This role combines deep technical proficiency with proven team leadership skills.

As a Sr / Lead you will be responsible for developing and leading a team of developers providing technical guidance and ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product QA DevOps and Security to build modern cloud-native financial applications that are compliant resilient and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design development and deployment of Java Spring Boot microservices and Angular-based Spas. Must be capable of developing hands-on across the full stack.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Drive adoption of CI / CD pipelines containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) and secure development practices.
• Ensure application security using OAuth2 JWT and compliance with FinTech regulations.
• Oversee sprint planning effort estimation and delivery timelines within Agile teams.
