A full Stack Java Lead having below skills and knowledge :

Very Good in Java full stack (especialized in Spring modules and Microservice based system design and implementation.).
Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high-performance standards and meeting organizational goals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively and efficiently.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Develop and conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Java Team Lead who will be responsible for leading a team of talented Java developers. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills to manage development cycles, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.

Architect, design, and implement scalable Java-based applications, ensuring best coding practices and performance optimization.

Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering, design, development, testing to deployment.

Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and other stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.

Conduct code reviews, identify bottlenecks, and optimize code quality and performance.

Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines.

Manage project timelines, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.

Skills & Qualifications :

5+ years of Java development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.

Strong knowledge of core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

Proficient with build tools like Maven / Gradle, version control systems (Git), and CI / CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and excellent communication skills.
