We are seeking dynamic, self-driven hunters who are passionate about winning new business and closing high-value deals. As a Business Development Manager , you will own an annual sales quota of ₹8–12 Cr , responsible for driving new revenue from mid-to-large enterprises across global markets, especially in cybersecurity services such as SOC, GRC, Awareness SaaS, Threat Intelligence, and DFIR.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership & Target Achievement
- Manage and exceed a quota of ₹8–12 Cr annual revenue
- Deliver on quarterly sales targets (new business + renewals)
- Maintain 6–8x pipeline coverage through disciplined sales activities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership
2. Hunting & Lead Generation
Identify and acquire new logos in BFSI, Healthcare, SaaS, and Enterprise sectorsLead outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and eventsDevelop and execute strategic prospecting plans for target accounts3. Sales Cycle Management
Run the complete sales cycle : discovery → qualification → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → closureEngage with CXO-level stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Head of Risk, IT Directors)Drive consultative, value-based selling to solve customer pain points4. Account Management & Growth
Build multi-threaded relationships within customer organizationsConduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Drive upsell and cross-sell across cybersecurity offeringsEnsure customer satisfaction and support renewal efforts5. Collaboration & Strategic Partnerships
Work closely with Pre-Sales for demos, PoVs, and solutioningPartner with Marketing for ABM campaigns, events, webinarsCollaborate with Channel Partners, MSPs, OEMs, and SIs for joint GTM strategiesShare market intelligence and insights with internal teams6. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate CRM data (Salesforce / HubSpot)Track pipeline health, deal stages, and forecast accuracyEnsure compliance with pricing and proposal processesParticipate in pipeline reviews and strategic planning sessions7. Thought Leadership & Representation
Represent SECCURE at industry events, webinars, and conferencesAct as a trusted advisor on emerging cyber threats and compliance mandatesContribute to success stories, case studies, and client referenceQualifications
Must-Have :
Bachelor's Degree in :Engineering (Computer Science / IT / Electronics), ORBusiness Administration / Management, OREquivalent degree with relevant technical / sales experienceGood-to-Have :
