Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Device Bilingual Customer Support Representative, located in Ahmedabad. The representative will be responsible for providing customer support in Chinese (Mandarin), Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Hebrew and Russian. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication with customers, and troubleshooting issues with medical devices. The representative will also assist in delivering high-quality customer service and resolving customer issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and manage Customer Communication effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin), Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Hebrew and Russian
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
