Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Device Bilingual Customer Support Representative, located in Ahmedabad. The representative will be responsible for providing customer support in Chinese (Mandarin), Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Hebrew and Russian. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication with customers, and troubleshooting issues with medical devices. The representative will also assist in delivering high-quality customer service and resolving customer issues promptly.

Qualifications

Customer Support and Customer Service skills

Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and manage Customer Communication effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin), Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Hebrew and Russian

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
