Job descriptionOversee TDS, GST, and other statutory filings. Ensure India GAAP compliance while aligning with US GAAP / global standards. Support direct & indirect tax compliance, transfer pricing, and RBI / FEMA matters. Coordinate statutory and ROC filings with auditors and consultants. Support statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely query resolution. Strengthen internal controls and documentation processes. Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. Serve as key user for NetSuite ERP or equivalent systems. Collaborate on ERP upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives. Partner with business teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Provide financial insights for leadership decision-making. Support treasury operations, cash flow planning, and fund allocation. CA with 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred). CA Inter with 8+ years of relevant experience may also be considered. Strong accounting, reporting, or controllership experience in BPO / Shared Services / SaaS / ITES setups. Exposure to multi-entity, cross-border finance operations. Knowledge of India & US GAAP , consolidation, and compliance. Proven experience managing audits and working with external stakeholders. Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP or similar systems preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced MS Excel and reporting tool proficiency. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration. High ownership, attention to detail, and process discipline. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment .

Work Hours : 3 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM IST (India shift overlap with US & Philippines operations)

We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Manager – Financial Reporting & Controllership to oversee multi-entity finance operations, ensure audit readiness, drive compliance, and enable process automation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Accountant seeking to step into a Finance Controller / Global Controllership role within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities :
🔹 Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations (GL, AR, AP, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions).
- Drive accurate and timely month-end / year-end closures.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheet schedules, and variance analyses.
- Support group-level consolidation across entities.
- Ensure data integrity and adherence to internal financial controls.
