We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Controllership to join Xiaomi Indias Finance team in Bengaluru.

This role will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and transparency in financial statements while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Accounting :

• Lead book closure, reconciliations, and financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Ensure compliance with Ind-AS, IFRS, and internal accounting policies.
• Oversee P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
