Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include maintaining schedules, performing clerical tasks, making calls, student form filling , fees followup and ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Clerical Skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers and fax machines
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist or in administrative roles is a plus
