Job descriptionBachelors degree in Computer Science IT Business or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and business analysis. Strong understanding of SDLC Agile / Scrum methodologies. Excellent skills in requirement gathering documentation and stakeholder management. Hands-on experience with Jira Trello or other project management tools. Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with Business Analyst skills who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while ensuring smooth project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills along with hands-on business analysis experience.
Tasks
- Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
- Create user stories workflows and process diagrams to support requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and status reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (designers developers QA and business stakeholders).
- Track project progress manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.
