About The Job

• Lead Levi's® full-funnel media strategy across digital, social, video, and traditional channels, delivering awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Improve performance marketing across Levi.in and the Levi's® app, leading acquisition, engagement, and conversion through Meta, Google, and affiliate channels.
• Lead marketplace media and partnerships with Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, and others - building co-marketing plans, managing ad budgets, and driving visibility during important events.
• Lead CRM and loyalty strategy, guiding your team to design and implement multi-channel engagement programs that improve repeat purchase and lifetime value.
• Manage A&P budgets including tracking and reporting SAMEA-level budgets internally, ensuring accountability and accurate forecasting.
• Build a test-and-learn culture, using experimentation and optimization to lead continuous performance improvement.
• Partner cross-functionally with brand, e-commerce, finance, and analytics teams to deliver unified, insight-led marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Insights and Global Analytics teams to interpret brand health and campaign data - applying insights to sharpen targeting, measurement, and future planning.
• Lead and mentor your team across CRM and performance media - promoting ownership, curiosity, and collaboration.
