- Deep understanding of Odoo and its modules, as well as project management skills to ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, including internal team members and external contractors.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Provide support and training to clients during and after project delivery.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.
- Experience with Odoo, including knowledge of its modules and customization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
