We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead our client servicing efforts, develop and execute digital marketing strategies, drive business development, and manage our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and experience in team management and business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Servicing :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Understand client goals and objectives, and develop tailored digital marketing strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
2. Digital Marketing Strategies :
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans (SEO, social media, email, etc.)Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts3. Branding Strategies :
Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance client visibility and reputationEnsure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels4. Business Development :
Identify new business opportunities and pursue leadsDevelop and maintain relationships with potential clientsPitch and present digital marketing services to new clientsCollaborate with the sales team to achieve business growth targets5. Team Handling :
Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionalsProvide guidance, support, and feedback to team membersFoster a collaborative and productive team environment6. SOP Structuring :
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client servicing, digital marketing processes, and business developmentEnsure SOPs are up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations7. Reporting and Analysis :
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client account performance and business growthAnalyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementProvide actionable insights and recommendations to clients, internal teams, and managementRequirements :
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, business development, or a related fieldStrong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email, etc.)Excellent communication, project management, and sales skillsExperience in team management and leadershipAbility to analyze data and provide actionable insightsStrong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and business acumen skillsNice to Have :
