Job description

Description : Core Requirements :

  • Technical frameworks : Reactjs, Python, MariaDB or any SQL-based DB.
  • Experience in maintaining team, reviewing code, maintaining industrial code standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (frontend).
  • Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript.
  • Implement user-friendly interfaces for automation systems.

    • Backend Development :

  • Build and maintain server-side application logic using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
  • Design and implement database schemas using MariaDB / MySQL and optimize database queries.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend.

    • Team Leadership :

  • Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and code review.
  • Establish and maintain coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.
  • Participate in architecture decisions and technical strategy planning.

    • Quality & Security :

  • Implement automated testing strategies including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests.
  • Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines for automated deployment and quality assurance.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.

    • Collaboration & Optimization :

  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability for space tech operations.
  • Support the automation of space tech operations using Frappe framework.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

    Core Technical Skills :

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Strong backend development skills in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Extensive experience with MariaDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

    • Development Tools & Practices :

  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest, React Testing Library).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

    • Leadership & Architecture :

  • Experience in code review processes and mentoring junior developers.
  • Knowledge of software architecture patterns and design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with Frappe framework.
  • Understanding of space tech industry requirements.
