Role : Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience building, scaling, and maintaining modern, production-grade software products. This role requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, ideally with hands-on exposure to cutting-edge frameworks, cloud platforms, and emerging AI capabilities. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to build user-centric features, drive architectural decisions, and contribute to the long-term technical roadmap. Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across the full technology stack (front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases).
• Build secure, scalable, resilient applications capable of supporting high usage and rapid growth.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best engineering practices.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term platform evolution.
• Integrate AI-powered features (e.g., LLM-based enhancements, intelligent automation, recommendation systems) where applicable.
• Mentor junior engineers and help shape engineering standards and development processes.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for maximum performance.
• Proactively identify areas of improvement in architecture, workflow, and tooling.
