Senior Test Engineer - Performance & Load Testing

Role Summary :

We are hiring 2 Senior Test Engineers with expertise in performance and load testing for wireless telecom network equipment across RAN, Core, and Edge domains. The role demands strong expertise in validating system behaviours under high traffic loads, simulating real-world telecom scenarios, and optimizing KPIs such as throughput, latency, and QoS. Candidates will work closely with RF and Core teams to ensure telecom-grade reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and execute performance, load, stress, and soak tests on eNodeB, gNodeB, EPC, and 5GC

2. Simulate signalling and user-plane traffic using protocol emulators (SIP, GTP, SCTP)

3. Analyze KPIs via EMS / NMS, OSS / BSS, and network probes

4. Generate detailed performance reports and recommend optimizations

Required Skills :

1. Hands-on with JMeter, LoadRunner, IxLoad, Spirent (Keysight experience is a strong plus)

2. Deep understanding of LTE / 5G, SDN / NFV, Open RAN, and telecom stacks

3. Proficiency in Wireshark, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Linux, and CI / CD tools
