Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experiences and improve service delivery.
• Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and improve communication skills.
