Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to achieve favorable outcomes for Amrutam.

Stay informed about market trends and potential risks within the supply chain.

Skill and Work Experience Requirement
1. 1+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the FMCG, nutraceutical, or related industry.
2. Proven ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with vendors.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and supply chain principles.
5. Experience with vendor performance management and risk mitigation.
6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
7. Strong ethical standards and a commitment to responsible sourcing.
Must have and Good to Have Pointers
1. Experience working with vendors of natural ingredients or packaging materials (Good To Have)
2. Knowledge of quality control processes and standards (Must Have)
3. Familiarity with ERP systems or other supply chain management software (Must Have)
4. Understanding of Ayurvedic principles or a strong interest in learning (Good To Have)
