Skills :

  • Strong understanding of channel partner management in real estate.
  • Excellent track record of CP engagement and actively working in the Central & Western Suburbs for residential and commercial projects.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Market knowledge of the real estate industry, including trends and competitor insights.
  • Proficient in CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate channel partners effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners to expand the company's network Pan Mumbai & Navi Mumbai.
  • Conduct regular meetings, trainings, and briefings to ensure channel partners are well-versed Work with channel partners to identify potential clients and assist in closing sales through collaboration and support.
  • Act as a bridge between the company and channel partners to ensure effective communication and alignment on goals.
  • Support channel partners in lead generation activities, and monitor lead conversion rates to ensure target achievement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute joint sales strategies and maximize conversion from channel-led inquiries.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities to position the company's projects effectively.
  • Provide insights to the management team on emerging trends and channel partner feedback for strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all company processes and systems related to channel partner management.
  • Maintain accurate records of channel partner interactions, performance, and potential opportunities in CRM tools.
  • Share regular updates and reports with the Team Lead and Segment Head.
  • Industry Awareness :

  • Actively network within the real estate ecosystem to identify potential partners and understand evolving business opportunities.
  • Participate in industry events and forums to enhance the company's visibility and strengthen relationships with channel partners.
  • This role requires a proactive individual with a strong focus on building and managing partner networks to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
