Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging L0 and OJT training sessions for new Centre Managers.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure readiness of new hires.
• Support and track Centre Manager performance post-training.
• Ensure consistency in module delivery and adherence to processes.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to improve training content and methodologies.

Key qualifications include excellent communication and presentation skills, strong facilitation and delivery skills, and prior experience in training or sales / operations context.
