Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to guide our Navision v5 technical team in handling incidents, service requests, and enhancements while managing client relationships, SLAs, and governance activities for a global distributed environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Navision v5 and its customized implementation. They will be responsible for :

• Hands-on technical leadership in Microsoft Dynamics NAV v5 (customized implementation)
• Service delivery management
• Client relationship management
