Job Summary
As a Collections Analyst II, you will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding receivables from Japanese-speaking customers. This role requires strong communication skills in Japanese (N3 or above) and English, along with experience in collections and customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Contact Japanese-speaking customers to follow up on overdue payments via phone, email, and other channels.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities in ERP systems.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Billing, Customer Service) to resolve issues affecting collections.
Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk and value.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on collection status and ris ks.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service.
Proficiency inJapanese (JLPT N3 or higher)and fluent English communication.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
