Job descriptionOnboard new sales hires with a full training curriculum to reduce ramp time Audit sales calls, emails, and customer interactions against quality criteria and process Generate audit reports with scoring, feedback, trends, and actionable insights Collaborate with sales leadership to roll out new process changes or product updates in Monitor training effectiveness via metrics (before / after performance, score Maintain training content, playbooks, manuals, QA checklists, and training calendar Coach underperforming sales reps individually based on audit findings Liaise with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Ops) to align training material Stay current on best practices in sales training, adult learning, and QA / auditing Escalate systemic quality or performance issues and propose process improvements Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales training, quality / audit, or sales operations roles Solid background in sales — hands-on experience in sales roles is strongly preferred Strong analytical skills, comfort working with data & metrics Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales or QA tools Experience in designing training material, e-learning modules, playbooks Ability to manage multiple training / audit tracks and deliver on deadlines High attention to detail and ability to maintain objectivity in audits Certification in training / learning or process improvement (preferred, not mandatory) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with sales teams
Location : Noida (WFO) Shift : 2 PM - 11 PM
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer & Auditor to strengthen our sales
team by delivering high-impact training and ensuring sales process quality and compliance. This
role will partner closely with Sales, QA, and Operations to uplift sales performance, monitor
process adherence, and coach teams on best practices.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs (classroom, virtual, one-to-one
