We are currently looking to hire a SAP SF Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance. More details as below.

Experience : 8+ years

Work Location : India (Remote)

Contract Period : 3 months, extendable

Shift : 5 am to 2 pm IST

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on project experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
• At least 2 full lifecycle implementations each in Recruiting AND Onboarding modules.
• Strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding 2.0 (ONB).
• Good knowledge of integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Recruiting AND Onboarding is required
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global project environments.
