• Work independently and evolve as an SME.
• Actively contribute in team meetings and discussions.
• Resolve work-related technical issues and provide solutions.
• Document application specifications and user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements.
• Proficient in Customer Care and Billing (CCB), Meter Data Management (MDM), and Technical Design Documentation (TDD).
• Participate in project phases : Design, Build, Test, Deploy.
• Develop complex integrations across on-premise and cloud applications.
• Handle defect resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation (L1 / L2) support.
• Engage with vendor support for issue resolution.
• Work closely with customers, PMs, and architects.
• Proficiency in OUAF components such as :

a. Groovy scripts

b. Batch processing

c. Case, Service Task, UI Map

d. Business Service, Zone, Portal

e. Business Object, IWS, Outbound
