The Role :
Were looking for a Programme / Project Manager who can lead complex ERP transformation programmes across distribution (B2B), retail (B2C), and finance operations bringing simplicity, alignment, and predictability to delivery.
This role is central to how we deliver transformation at InspireXT : by keeping things safe, structured, and human. You will work directly with senior business and IT leaders to translate ambition into action ensuring that outcomes are measurable, sustainable, and trusted.
What Youll Do :
Lead Transformation :
- Drive end-to-end ERP delivery from design and build through cutover and stabilisation.
- Unite business and technology teams around a single Finance & Audit backbone.
- Balance governance discipline with the agility required for real-world execution.
Governance & Risk :
Apply InspireXTs 7D Risk Lens Definition, Data, Design, Delegation, Decisions, Dependency, Distraction to identify, manage, and de-risk every stage of delivery.Establish clear governance structures : RAID logs, decision forums, dashboards, and steering committees.Build delivery confidence by ensuring accountability, transparency, and proactive communication.Integration & Technology Delivery :
Manage large, multi-system integration portfolios (CRM, POS, WMS, Banking, Loyalty, Compliance).Oversee data migration and cutover rehearsals, ensuring readiness and continuity.Partner with architects and SMEs to guarantee testing and validation coverage.Stakeholder & Change Leadership :
Act as the link between business stakeholders, programme sponsors, and delivery teams.Champion user empowerment and experience improvement through strong change management.Apply InspireXTs AMPlify Framework embedding Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose into adoption.Delivery & Adoption :
Lead distributed onsite and offshore teams, ensuring cohesion and performance.Maintain visible leadership presence during critical design, testing, and go-live phases.Ensure a smooth transition into managed services for long-term stability.Leadership Attributes :

Requirements :
Experience & Skills Required :
15+ years of ERP programme / project management experience, including at least 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.Proven record of delivering complex, multi-stream ERP programmes across B2B, B2C, and Finance / Operations.Strong governance, risk management, and financial tracking capability.Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor, large-scale integration landscapes.Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills at CXO and Steering Committee levels.Experience working in global, multi-cultural environments and distributed delivery models.Proven leadership through the full project lifecycle : design, build, test, cutover, and transition.People management experience able to coach, empower, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.Strong organisational ability with a track record of managing complex deliveries and competing priorities.Preferred certifications : PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Oracle Cloud or equivalent.High Technical and Emotional Quotient (TQ / EQ) resilient, composed, and clear under pressure.Benefits :
