• Qualifying leads and collaborating with the client and sales team to assess customer requirements.
• Creating sales pitches, and providing product knowledge to the sales team and client
• Do requirement analysis and technical presentations
• Coordinate with design team to prepare solution designs, BOQs, system schematics, and technical documentation
• Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with detailed solution inputs
• Present solutions to clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence
• Coordinate with OEMs and internal technical teams to validate solution architecture and product compatibility
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in AV, UC, IoT, and integration standards
• Provide technical support during demos, POCs, and early implementation phases
• Participate in client meetings, webinars, trade shows, and industry events as a solution expertKey Skills and Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, or related field
• Proven experience in presales, solution engineering, or system design in the AV industry
• Strong knowledge of AV systems including : o Video conferencing (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, etc.)o Display technologies (LED, projection, interactive displays)o Audio systems (DSPs, microphones, speakers)o Control systems (Crestron, Extron, Kramer, AMX)o Networking concepts related to AV over IP
• Familiarity with AV standards such as HDBaseT, Dante, AES67, and PoE
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Strong documentation and proposal writing skills
• Certifications from AVIXA (CTS preferred), Crestron, Extron, or similar OEMs are an added advantage.
