Profile Overview
We're hiring a Director of Demand Generation to lead and scale our pipeline engine. You'll own the full-funnel demand generation strategy, spanning paid, organic, lifecycle, and outbound-assist programs and drive alignment across marketing and sales. This is a strategic and executional role where you'll define the roadmap, lead a team of demand gen managers, and partner closely with Sales to deliver qualified pipeline and hit revenue targets.
You'll report to the CMO and directly manage a team of high-agency marketers across roles, with the potential to grow the function as the company scales.
What You'll Do
- Own the global demand generation strategy and execution plan across channels (paid media, SEO, lifecycle, content syndication, outbound-assist)
- Lead and manage a team of 3–4 demand gen managers running region-, segment-, or product-specific plays
- Drive collaboration with Sales leadership to define ICPs, pipeline coverage goals, SQL targets, and campaign priorities.
- Partner with Product Marketing on messaging, offers, and GTM programs that resonate with buyer personas across funnel stages
- Work closely with Marketing Ops to ensure strong infrastructure for tracking, attribution, and lead handoff
- Own and optimize the demand gen budget to maximize ROI and CAC efficiency
- Build scalable campaign frameworks and experimentation models that drive pipeline consistently
- Track performance against goals, report on key metrics, and continuously iterate based on what's working
- Mentor and grow your team with a balance of autonomy and support
What We're Looking For
12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with deep expertise in demand generation.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teamsProven track record of building and scaling pipeline engines that support high-growth sales teamsExperience managing multi-channel demand gen programs across paid, organic, lifecycle, and outbound motionsStrong analytical chops, fluent in marketing metrics, CAC efficiency, attribution, and funnel optimization.Hands-on, high-agency operator who can set strategy but also step in and execute when needed.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, you're comfortable working side-by-side with Sales, Growth, and Marketing Ops.Bonus : experience owning demand gen for mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales motions
