We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Procurement & Commerce Automation Specialist to implement, manage, and optimize our Ariba solutions, focusing on the buying process, integrations, and customization. This role is critical for ensuring seamless procurement operations and leveraging the full capabilities of the SAP Ariba platform.

Experience : 8+ years

Work Location : INDIA (REMOTE)

Contract Period : 12 months,extendable

Shift : Saudi Shift - Sunday to Thursday (Remote)

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and manage SAP Ariba Buying (P2P - Procure-to-Pay) and Commerce Automation (CA) solutions.

Configure and maintain integrations using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) to connect Ariba with backend ERP systems.

Manage and utilize the Ariba Business Network for seamless collaboration with suppliers, covering areas like e-invoicing and order exchange.

Design, configure, and manage Ariba workflows and customizations to meet specific business requirements.

Provide subject matter expertise on Ariba Procurement processes and best practices.

Document technical and functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.

(If applicable / advantageous) Utilize expertise in Ariba Sourcing to support the upstream procurement process.

Required Expertise :

Strong functional and technical expertise in the SAP Ariba Buying solution (Procure-to-Pay / P2P).

Mandatory experience with Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) .

In-depth knowledge of the Ariba Business Network and its processes (e.g., ordering, invoicing).

Additional Advantage :

Experience with Ariba Sourcing .
