WHAT YOU’LL DO :
- Own the end-to-end pre-sales funnel — from first contact to sales handoff
- Manage and train in-house + outsourced pre-sales team to drive conversions
- Build and manage innovative touch-points and journeys (AI + human calling, email, text) and CRM systems for speed and conversion
- Work closely with growth and sales to refine targets, journeys, and outcomes

Sales mindset - drives lead-to-visit conversions owning the presales funnel.Comfortable working with tech / product - to build, improve, and scale tools like CRM, AI calling, and chatbots.Team & CX focus - leads callers and ensures every customer gets quick, high-quality service.Data-driven - tracks conversion metrics and works with sales and growth to improve resultsWay of working : 5 days a week
