Job descriptionLead cross-functional strategic projects - including digital initiatives, new business Drive execution discipline across initiatives : define milestones, track KPIs, and ensure Facilitate leadership reviews and offsites, ensuring clarity, alignment, and Support high-impact strategic initiatives focused on growth, cost optimization, and Prepare executive briefs, business cases, and stakeholder communication for board Manage the organisation wide OKRs and ensure the strategic alignment are 1–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB, Kearney, or similar) or a Strong academic credentials - IIT / IIM background preferred. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-evolving business landscape.

Reports to : Founding Chairman; MD
We are looking for a strategic, analytical and execution-focused professional to work closely
with our Founding Chairman & CEO in driving critical business projects and organization-
wide initiatives.
