Chief of Staff

Location : Hyderabad (Corporate Office) Reports to : Founding Chairman; MD

We are looking for a strategic, analytical and execution-focused professional to work closely

with our Founding Chairman & CEO in driving critical business projects and organization-

wide initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving

complex problems and can seamlessly shift between strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to the Chairman & CEO, supporting key business priorities

and decision-making.

Lead cross-functional strategic projects - including digital initiatives, new business

programs, and operational improvement efforts.

Drive execution discipline across initiatives : define milestones, track KPIs, and ensure

follow-through.

Facilitate leadership reviews and offsites, ensuring clarity, alignment, and

measurable outcomes.

Support high-impact strategic initiatives focused on growth, cost optimization, and

efficiency improvement.

Prepare executive briefs, business cases, and stakeholder communication for board

and investor interactions.

Manage the organisation wide OKRs and ensure the strategic alignment are

prioritised and focussed

Ideal Profile

1–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB, Kearney, or similar) or a

strategy role in a high-growth environment.

Strong academic credentials - IIT / IIM background preferred.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-evolving business landscape.
