Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Content Strategist and Social Media Manager. The intern will be responsible for developing and managing content strategies, creating and managing digital content, writing and editing web content, and overseeing social media channels. Other tasks may include analysing social media metrics, developing engagement strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan weekly content themes and campaigns around fresh produce, team stories, and brand moments.
• Ideate & brief design interns on visuals and reels.
• Write captions, schedule posts, and manage engagement on all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).
• Track post performance and audience behaviour; share weekly insights.
• Coordinate with operations and field teams for raw visuals and real stories.
• Create 1–2 mini campaigns per month (festival offers, customer stories, or product highlights).
• Maintain a consistent tone — fun, fresh, and trustworthy.
