Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashless TPA Claims Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Cashless TPA Claims Specialist will be responsible for processing and handling cashless medical claims, coordinating with hospitals and TPAs (Third Party Administrators), verifying patient information and insurance coverage, and ensuring timely approval and settlement of claims. The role involves meticulous documentation, communication, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and efficient claims process.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing cashless medical claims and coordinating with hospitals and TPAs
• Strong communication skills for customer and hospital interactions
• Proficiency in documentation and follow-up
• Attention to detail and accuracy in verifying insurance coverage and patient information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
