Job descriptionHandle incoming calls from customers in Oriya / Assamese language. Provide information and assistance regarding products and services. Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Proficient in Oriya and / or Assamese language (spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communication or customer service is a plus.

- We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Spot Offer role in our Oriya / Assamese voice process. This position involves providing excellent customer service to our clients through effective communication in the Oriya or Assamese language.
