- We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Spot Offer role in our Oriya / Assamese voice process. This position involves providing excellent customer service to our clients through effective communication in the Oriya or Assamese language.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from customers in Oriya / Assamese language.Provide information and assistance regarding products and services.Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.Document all interactions with customers accurately in the system.Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in Oriya and / or Assamese language (spoken and written).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communication or customer service is a plus.Skills Required
