We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with the SVP – Finance & Supply Chain in driving high-impact initiatives across manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems, managing cross-functional projects, and building scalable systems that balance efficiency with innovation.

You’ll be at the center of business strategy and execution — translating ideas into actionable outcomes, accelerating cost optimization, and strengthening the backbone of Foxtale’s supply chain growth story.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manufacturing Landscape & Expansion

• Evaluate Make vs Buy decisions and build a roadmap for expansion.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, equipment suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-efficient execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and progress reporting to leadership.
• Set up systems and SOPs for production, quality, safety, and supply chain integration.
