About the Role
Popstation is redefining how fashion brands are built — from Discover to Design, Develop, and Deliver.
We are looking for a
Quality Incharge
who will oversee and ensure
consistent product quality
across all sampling and bulk production units. The role demands a
hands-on, detail-oriented professional
who can uphold brand standards, train vendors, and ensure all shipments meet client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect
fabrics, trims, and accessories
before bulk production begins.
Review
tech packs, samples, and pre-production approvals
to ensure accuracy.
Conduct
in-line, mid-line, and final inspections
at vendor units.
Identify defects, document findings, and implement
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) .
Maintain
quality checklists, AQL reports , and communicate deviations proactively.
Work closely with
merchandisers, production teams, and vendors
to ensure quality at every stage.
Oversee
packaging, labeling, and finishing
to align with brand and export standards.
Build a feedback loop to improve
vendor performance and consistency .
Train factory teams and vendors on
Popstation’s SOPs and quality standards .
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of hands-on experience in
garment quality control or assurance .
Strong understanding of
fabric behavior, stitching, fit, finishing, and AQL levels .
Knowledge of
quality documentation, testing parameters, and compliance standards .
Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams.
Proficient in
Excel / Google Sheets
and comfortable using digital QC tools.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple vendor locations efficiently.
