About the Role

We are looking for a skilled

Server Assembly & Test Technician

to join our team in Bangalore. This hands-on role involves assembling rackmount servers from components, installing processors, memory, and drives, performing cabling, and running bring-up tests to ensure quality and readiness for production.

What You’ll Do

Assemble servers : install motherboards, CPUs, heatsinks (with torque tools), memory modules, drives, power supplies, fans, and risers.

Connect cabling, power harnesses, and backplanes with proper routing.

Power on systems, run BIOS / BMC checks, verify indicators and storage mapping.

Perform functional tests and document results.

Follow ESD and safety procedures throughout.

Support electrical safety tests (hipot, ground bond) with provided equipment.

What We’re Looking For

Candidates available immediately or with a notice period of 30 days will be preferred.

Experience assembling servers, workstations, or electronic systems.

Skilled in CPU / heatsink installation with torque tools and thermal paste application.

Familiarity with ESD best practices.

Ability to follow detailed build procedures and maintain accurate logs.

Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Hardware (or equivalent experience).

2–3+ years hands-on hardware assembly experience preferred.
