Rpa Developer – Microsoft Power Automate (Immediate Joiner)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate to implement automation solutions across business processes for our client. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end automated workflows using Power Automate along with a strong understanding of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and document process flows.
• Develop custom connectors, integrate third-party APIs, and build scalable, secure automations.
• Work with Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse to create end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize and enhance existing Power Automate flows for improved performance and reliability.
• Monitor automation performance and resolve any issues post-deployment.
• Maintain proper documentation of the solutions including architecture, design, and user guides.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to RPA governance and best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless automation adoption.
