We are seeking experienced and highly skilled RPA Developer to join our growing automation team in Kochi. As an RPA Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that optimize our business operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate process requirements into scalable, efficient, and resilient RPA workflows.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, who are passionate about innovation and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Build robust, reusable, and efficient automation scripts that integrate with various applications, including ERP, CRM, web, desktop, and legacy systems.
• Work closely with process owners to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure developed bots meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Manage the full RPA lifecycle - from feasibility assessment, design, development, testing, and deployment to production support.
• Monitor and maintain RPA bots post-deployment to ensure accuracy and performance stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
• Implement version control, logging, and exception handling best practices.
