Role : Founder's Office Management

Work directly with founders or leadership team in multi-dimensional projects to help build and grow the company.

Responsibilities

  • Drive 0 to 1 initiatives closely with founders
  • Drive high impact projects such as performance improvement, retention enhancement, brand recall, NPS improvement, organizational initiatives, new category identification, etc.
  • Facilitate quick and effective decision making on key matters of the organization with data and analysis.
  • Own business measurements.
  • Monitor key business metrices, flag anomalies & disturbing trends, find actionable insights around growth, profitability or brand.
  • Conduct regular primary & secondary research to be able to take informed and insightful decisions
  • Drive (1) business, (2) project and (3) launch reviews with cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors of Engineering / Science / Maths / Economics / Commerce from a premier institute
  • 2-4 yrs of experience, preferably in strategy, growth, consulting or investments.
  • Atleast 1 yr of startup operating or investment experience
  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Strong solutioning ability with a creative bent of mind
  • Strong customer orientation & interest in consumer internet
  • Ability to take charge in cross-functional projects
  • Thorough and organized
  • Strong bias towards action & hustle
  • Work Location : Udyog Vihar - Sector 18, Gurgaon
