Job description

Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.

Understand customers needs and identify sales opportunities.

Answer potential customers questions and send additional information per email.

Keep up with product, service information, marketing offers and other updates.

Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.

Explain and demonstrate features of products and services and give online demonstrations

Closely Analyze market trends and competitor activity and update the Management

Identify, research, and contact customers building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

Maintain accurate records on sales activities, including all sales opportunities and lost sales opportunities

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Use web-based tools and sales systems to analyze prospective customer needs and match them to appropriate company products and services.

Perform outbound call campaigns to company-generated sales leads.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, collaborations within the home automation industry, Closely Analyze market trends and competitor activity and update the Management

Lead by example to outmatch customer expectations using customer service, problem-solving and decision-making skills for selling, upselling and cross-selling on par with Company standards

Close sales leads, send invoices, do payment follow-ups and achieve sales targets.
