Job descriptionTrain experienced engineers on protocols such as : USB, DDR, LPDDR, PCIe, Ethernet, AMBA, and other SoC interface protocols (expertise in any one protocol is mandatory). Deliver training on IP / VIP development methodologies, flows, and processes. Address trainee questions in a systematic and structured manner to ensure clarity and effective learning. Guide engineers through hands-on verification labs, exercises, and project-based sessions. Provide feedback to trainees to improve their understanding and practical skills. 8 to 15 years of proven experience in the VLSI domain (EDA / Product / Services company). Strong expertise in at least one major protocol : DDR / LPDDR4 / 5 USB 3.x or later PCIe 4 / 5 Ethernet AMBA Other SoC interface protocols Solid understanding and hands-on experience in : IP / VIP development (full product development lifecycle) IP / Sub-system / SoC verification (complete verification flow) Extensive experience with Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities. Sound technical knowledge and strong VLSI fundamentals are mandatory.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer – Corporate Trainer to develop in-house VLSI projects and deliver high-quality technical training to corporate professionals, top universities, and tier-1 engineering colleges.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IP / SoC verification, protocol knowledge, and hands-on experience with industry-standard methodologies and tools.
