Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer – Corporate Trainer to develop in-house VLSI projects and deliver high-quality technical training to corporate professionals, top universities, and tier-1 engineering colleges.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IP / SoC verification, protocol knowledge, and hands-on experience with industry-standard methodologies and tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Development
- Develop IP / SoC verification projects as real-time case studies using Synopsys IPs / VIPs for corporate training programs.
- Ensure project content reflects current industry trends and verification practices.
2. Corporate Training Delivery
Train experienced engineers on protocols such as :USB, DDR, LPDDR, PCIe, Ethernet, AMBA, and other SoC interface protocols(expertise in any one protocol is mandatory).Deliver training on IP / VIP development methodologies, flows, and processes.Address trainee questions in a systematic and structured manner to ensure clarity and effective learning.3. Technical Mentoring
Guide engineers through hands-on verification labs, exercises, and project-based sessions.Provide feedback to trainees to improve their understanding and practical skills.Desired Candidate Profile
8 to 15 years of proven experience in the VLSI domain (EDA / Product / Services company).Strong expertise in at least one major protocol :DDR / LPDDR4 / 5USB 3.x or laterPCIe 4 / 5EthernetAMBAOther SoC interface protocolsSolid understanding and hands-on experience in :IP / VIP development (full product development lifecycle)IP / Sub-system / SoC verification (complete verification flow)Extensive experience with Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.Sound technical knowledge and strong VLSI fundamentals are mandatory.
