Job Position : Associate – Procurement Services

Location : Plot 8A, RMZ Centennial, Kundalahalli Main Road, Whitefield, Bangalore, India

Role Overview :

The Associate will support data-driven decision-making in procurement operations by generating and analyzing reports, cleaning and preparing data, and identifying trends. This role focuses on ensuring alignment of supply and demand metrics, while providing actionable insights to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Procurement Operations Execution

Execute procurement operations with a focus on reporting and analysis.

Report Creation & Management

Generate recurring reports on KPIs and operational performance.

Develop ad-hoc reports for business-specific needs.

Maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools for timely, accurate updates.

Data Cleaning & Preparation

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.

Transform raw data into actionable insights.

Data Analysis & Trend Identification

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies.

Provide actionable recommendations for business improvements.

Supply-Demand Match Reporting

Analyze supply-demand alignment for optimal resource allocation.

Develop and maintain forecasting models.

Identify gaps and suggest corrective actions.

Collaboration

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand reporting needs.

Serve as a point of contact for reporting-related queries.

Qualifications & Experience :

Education : Bachelor’s in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience : 4–6+ years in data analysis, reporting, or analytics in dynamic environments.

Technical Skills :

Data visualization tools : Power BI, Tableau

Advanced Excel functions

Data manipulation & cleaning : SQL, Python, R

Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, or demand forecasting is a plus.

Strong analytical & critical thinking skills to turn complex data into insights.

Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
