SAP Fiori UX Designer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a creative and user-focused SAP Fiori UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing user experiences for our enterprise applications. This role is responsible for the entire user experience lifecycle, from initial research and ideation to prototyping, usability testing, and collaboration with development teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human-centered design principles, a passion for simplifying complex business processes, and proven experience applying the SAP Fiori design system to create exceptional digital products. You will be a key advocate for the user, ensuring that all our SAP solutions are not only functional but also delightful to use.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research and Discovery :

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and workshops, to gain a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and workflows within the SAP ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into user centered design solutions.
• Define user personas, journey maps, and user flows to illustrate and communicate user behavior and & Prototyping :
• Design intuitive and consistent user interfaces for SAP applications, adhering strictly to the SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to validate and iterate on design concepts.
• Utilize and extend the SAP Fiori design system and its components to ensure a coherent and standardized user Testing & Validation :
• Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests and design reviews to gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of design solutions.
• Use insights from testing to make data-driven design decisions and continuously improve the user & Communication :
• Work closely with SAP Fiori / UI5 developers to ensure the design vision is accurately implemented and to provide guidance on best practices.
• Present and articulate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders, justifying design choices based on user research and Fiori principles.
• Act as a UX advocate within the organization, promoting a user-centered design & Standards :
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UX / UI design, SAP Fiori, and emerging technologies like SAP Build.
• Maintain and contribute to design documentation, including style guides and component libraries.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices for enterprise Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), Interaction Design, or a related field.

Experience : 5- 8 years of professional experience as a UX / UI Designer, with experience designing for SAP Fiori Skills :
