🌍 Sobre nosotros

TEAMLABS / (www.Teamlabs.Es) es un laboratorio de aprendizaje radical que impulsa experiencias educativas basadas en el emprendimiento en equipo y el aprendizaje haciendo ( learning by doing ). Formamos parte de la red Mondragon Team Academy (MTA) y de Mondragon Unibertsitatea , una de las universidades cooperativas más innovadoras de Europa.

Nuestro programa LEINN / (Liderazgo, Emprendimiento e Innovación) es un grado oficial donde los estudiantes aprenden creando empresas reales, viajando por el mundo y trabajando en equipo.

✈️ La oportunidad

En febrero–abril 2026 , nuestros equipos de jóvenes emprendedores viajarán a India (Mumbai, Pune, Calcuta y Agra) para vivir una Learning Journey : seis semanas de aprendizaje inmersivo en los ecosistemas de emprendimiento, innovación y transformación social del país.

Buscamos un / a Team Coach que acompañe y facilite el proceso de aprendizaje de uno de los equipos durante su estancia en India. Esta persona será una figura clave para conectar la experiencia local con el propósito formativo del viaje.

🎯 Tu rol

Como Team Coach , acompañarás al equipo durante todo el proceso en India, colaborando con el equipo español de TeamLabs y con nuestros partners locales. Tus principales responsabilidades serán :

  • Facilitar sesiones de aprendizaje y reflexión durante la experiencia internacional.
  • Acompañar el desarrollo de proyectos reales de emprendimiento e innovación.
  • Conectar los aprendizajes con el contexto local y las visitas programadas en Mumbai y Pune.
  • Fomentar la colaboración, la autogestión y el liderazgo compartido dentro del equipo.
  • Apoyar la coordinación local, aportando tu conocimiento del entorno y tus redes profesionales.

🧩 Perfil que buscamos

Buscamos una persona que combine capacidad de facilitación, sensibilidad intercultural y conocimiento del contexto indio .

Idealmente :

  • Resides en India (Mumbai / Pune o alrededores) o has vivido / trabajado allí varios años.
  • Experiencia como coach, mentor / a o facilitador / a de equipos en proyectos educativos o de emprendimiento.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías activas ( learning by doing , team learning , coaching de equipos ).
  • Capacidad para moverte con autonomía en entornos cambiantes y multiculturales.
  • Inglés fluido;

    • el español es un plus muy valorado.

  • Disponibilidad para acompañar al equipo durante las seis semanas del viaje (feb–abr 2026).
