Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Chennai. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing sales operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, overseeing lead generation campaigns, analyzing market trends, and establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role requires a results-driven approach to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering brand growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Sales Analysis, and revenue generation
- Strong Marketing and Digital Marketing expertise, including content creation and campaign management
- Skills in Market Research and ability to analyze data to identify opportunities
- Leadership and Communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting to stakeholders
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Sales Management software
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute marketing plans and sales campaigns
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the corporate sector is preferred
