Position Overview
We are seeking energetic and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a passion for client acquisition and relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and aligning their needs with our digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and digital channels.
Client Acquisition & Conversion : Conduct client meetings and presentations to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Needs Analysis : Understand client marketing goals and recommend suitable digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, etc.).
Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations.
Collaboration : Work closely with digital marketing and creative teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery.
Reporting : Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversion data using CRM and internal tracking tools.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience :
1–2 years of relevant experience — ₹25,000–₹30,000 / month (1–2 openings)
6 months – 1 year of experience — ₹20,000–₹25,000 / month
Internship / Fresher (with strong communication skills) — ₹15,000–₹20,000 / month
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with field / client meetings.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Compensation
Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
