1. Strategic Job Posting & Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and draft accurate, inclusive job descriptions.
Publish job ads across relevant platforms (job boards, career sites, social media) ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
Monitor application trends and optimize postings for reach and relevance.
2. Labour Law Compliance
Ensure all recruitment and employment practices comply with applicable labour laws and statutory guidelines.
Advise HR and management on legal risks, contract terms, and employment classifications.
Stay updated on changes in labour legislation and integrate them into HR practices and documentation.
3. HR Policy Creation & Enforcement
Draft, revise, and implement HR policies covering recruitment, onboarding, leave, conduct, grievance, and exit procedures.
Align policies with labour laws, organizational goals, and industry best practices.
Conduct policy orientation sessions and ensure team-wide understanding and adherence.
Lead periodic audits and reviews to ensure policy effectiveness and legal compliance.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination
Supervise HR executives handling recruitment, documentation, and onboarding.
Delegate tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular reviews.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and legal awareness.
5. Process Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of job postings, approvals, candidate pipelines, and policy updates.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for recruitment metrics and compliance status.
Support internal and external audits with timely documentation and clarifications.
6. Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with legal advisors, department heads, and senior management to ensure alignment on hiring and policy matters.
Communicate policy changes and legal updates clearly across teams .
