Job description

Responsibilities :

Sound understanding of ServiceNow platform knowledge
Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly scripting etc.)
Experience developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows in ServiceNow
Familiarity with REST, SOAP, and other integration methods
Sound understanding of ServiceNow best practices
Development experience in HRSD & CSM applications

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline

Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment

Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency

Driving Results :

Good single contributor & good team player

Flexible attitude towards work, as per the needs

Proactively identify & communicate issues and risks
